JOIN ME AND EXPLORE THE 'FIRST TEACHINGS' OF THE JAPANESE SYSTEM OF REIKI.

In this Reiki Shoden Level I course, you will learn the history and practices of both the original Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho (directly from Usui Mikao's Reiki school in Japan) and Usui Shiki Ryoho (brought to the Western world by Reiki Master, author, and visionary, Mrs. Takata.)  I have designed a comprehensive course in which you will learn about the Principles of Reiki, breathing and meditation techniques that were used by Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho teachers and masters, how to help yourself with daily healing practice and how you can help your friends, family, and pets, by using this amazing Japanese healing technique.

Part One of this course will be a full day class (from 1pm-6pm) on Saturday, May 20th. Wear comfortable clothes (and a smile.) All materials will be supplied for you. You only need to bring an open mind, and a bottle for water. Healthy snacks will be provided.

Part Two of this course will be a two hour follow up with time to give you, the new student, an opportunity to ask any questions that may have come up during your first four weeks practicing, and for you to reflect and share your experiences with your classmates. Level I certifications will be handed out at this final meeting on Saturday, June 17th, starting at 1pm.
